Making Movements
Movements on Sprinkle were made for YOU to maximize your impact. One way to do this is to work together with your company, your student group, your dorm or your family group text. This shows you how to maximize your political impact in the most fun way possible.
Party Trick & Tip! - if you're hosting a major event, reach out to support@sprinkleusa.com for help setting up your dedicated account!
Create a Shared Profile
Your student group, political fundraiser or family group text will likely have one person who is commonly an early adopter of new tools for easy advocacy. This person can create a profile on Sprinkle using your student group's email alias or another name as a shared ID for your friends. Next, share the login credentials with your group text or send the link via email wherever this needs to go.
Party Trick & Tip! - set this up in advance of your next zoom meeting and share this via chat and build a Sprinkle team together live on a call!

Finding Your Fav Candidates
Next everyone can sign in and search for candidates you know and love. The power of a grassroots movement is when lots of individuals come together for a common cause. While you might know candidates in California who are aligned with your values, perhaps your college roommates are from other states and know and love other, similar candidates you haven't yet discovered. The bigger the group the bigger the movement and the more advocacy potential.

Make Your Picks!
While you and your friends are adding candidates, you'll know which ones have already been added when the 'Add to my Candidates' button transitions to grey noting when candidates have already been 'Added to my Candidates'. Add as many as you like!
Party Tip & Trick - your group leader who created your account can remove candidates. If you have a wide distribution, before you share your link double check that candidates with the right political style have been added to your selections.

Your Group's Personalized Movement
In no time at all your selections of candidates will blossom into a national movement representing your group chat, your house party, your college dorm's floor or scholarship hall.

Compete With Each Other!
Grassroots movements start small and snowball into political change. Share your movement page and contribute not just by sharing the dollars you can, but by promoting this on your social media pages and other group texts. If your dorm on Floor 7 has a movement running, and Floor 6 has their movement running, the way to compete is to share your movement widely and watch the small dollars add up as the sum of your movement's impact is scored on your personal page!

Don't forget to create your private account.
Privacy matters. Shared accounts are a fun way to make movements together but all politics are private and personal. Create your own account, and personalize however you decide to participate and who you prefer to support. When you contribute on Sprinkle your data is secure and your picks remain private. Work together to create a movement, and then benefit individually without your data being shared or sold to political groups who are known for SPAM and poor customer service.
